These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of ZodiacID (accessible at zodiacid.com), including the ZodiacID website, social media accounts, content integrations, and all related services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using ZodiacID, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Service Description

ZodiacID provides astrological reports written from your birth data, calculated using Astrolog 7.80 professional astronomical software. Reports are prepared and reviewed by our team. Delivery within 24 hours of purchase. ZodiacID also publishes astrological content (videos, insights, and educational materials) on its social media channels, including TikTok (@zodiacid).

2. Entertainment Disclaimer

All reports are for entertainment and self-reflection purposes only. Astrology is not a science. We make no claims regarding prediction of future events or outcomes. Our reports provide a structured framework for self-exploration based on astrological traditions, not statements of fact about your personality, relationships, or future.

3. No Professional Advice

Reports do not constitute professional, medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. You should not rely on our reports as a substitute for professional consultation. If you are experiencing mental health difficulties, relationship crises, or other serious personal issues, please seek qualified professional help.

4. Orders and Delivery

Digital reports are delivered via email as PDF within 24 hours of purchase. Every report is individually composed and quality-checked before delivery. Delivery is to the email address provided at the time of order. It is your responsibility to provide a valid email address.

5. Pricing

All prices are listed in EUR (Euros) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. The total price is displayed before you complete your purchase. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time, but changes will not affect orders already placed.

6. User Responsibilities

Users must provide birth data (date, time, and place of birth) in good faith. Inaccurate input data will affect the quality and relevance of your report. We are not responsible for reports based on incorrect birth data provided by the user. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the information you submit.

7. Intellectual Property

All reports, content, designs, and materials on zodiacid.com are the intellectual property of ZodiacID. Reports are licensed for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not redistribute, resell, publish, or share your report publicly without our written permission. The report is for the individual(s) named in the order.

8. Refund Policy

We offer a full refund within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked. To request a refund, email [email protected] with your order number. Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method. For full details, see our Refund Policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ZodiacID and its founder shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

Your use of or inability to use our services
Any decisions made based on the content of our reports
Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
Any other matter relating to the service

Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific report in question.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Estonia and the European Union. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Tallinn, Estonia, subject to applicable EU consumer protection regulations that may grant you the right to bring proceedings in your country of residence.

11. Social Media and Content Publishing

ZodiacID publishes astrological content on third-party social media platforms, including TikTok. This content is published from the official ZodiacID account and does not involve third-party user data. ZodiacID uses platform APIs (such as TikTok's Content Posting API and Login Kit) solely to authenticate and publish content from its own account. No third-party users are asked to log in, authorize, or share data through these integrations. All social media content published by ZodiacID is subject to these Terms of Service.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
